Pravila o dostavi (Shipping Policy)

Hvala vam što kupujete u Street Art Style. Sve naše proizvode izrađujemo po narudžbi (Print-on-Demand) u suradnji s našim logističkim partnerom Printful. To znači da se svaki artikl tiska posebno za vas tek nakon što izvršite narudžbu.

U nastavku možete pronaći sve važne informacije o vremenu obrade i dostave naših proizvoda.

1. Vrijeme obrade narudžbe (Fulfillment)

Budući da se proizvodi ne nalaze na skladištu već se izrađuju po narudžbi, potrebno je određeno vrijeme za njihovu proizvodnju:

  • Vrijeme izrade: Obično traje 2 do 5 radnih dana od trenutka potvrde uplate.
  • Tijekom blagdana ili razdoblja visoke potražnje, vrijeme izrade može se neznatno produžiti.

2. Vrijeme i procjena dostave

Nakon što je vaš proizvod izrađen i zapakiran, predaje se kurirskoj službi. Vrijeme dostave ovisi o vašoj lokaciji:

  • Dostava unutar Europske unije (EU): Procjenjuje se na 3 do 15 radnih dana nakon završetka izrade.
  • Međunarodna dostava (ostatak svijeta): Procjenjuje se na 10 do 30 radnih dana, ovisno o odredišnoj zemlji i carinskim postupcima.

Napomena: Ukupno vrijeme koje je potrebno da proizvod stigne na vašu adresu je zbroj Vremena izrade + Vremena dostave.

3. Cijena dostave

  • Točan izračun cijene dostave bit će vidljiv na blagajni (Checkout) prije samog plaćanja, a ovisi o vrsti proizvoda i adresi dostave.

4. Praćenje pošiljke (Tracking)

Čim vaš paket bude predan kurirskoj službi, primit ćete e-poruku s potvrdom o slanju koja sadrži broj za praćenje pošiljke (Tracking Number). Pomoću tog broja možete u svakom trenutku provjeriti status i lokaciju svoje pošiljke.

5. Carine i porezi (Zemlje izvan EU)

Za narudžbe unutar Europske unije nema dodatnih carinskih troškova. Za narudžbe koje se šalju u zemlje izvan EU, kupac je odgovoran za sve eventualne carinske pristojbe, poreze ili uvozne troškove koje propisuje odredišna država.

6. Izgubljeni ili oštećeni paketi

Ako vaša pošiljka kasni znatno duže od procijenjenog vremena ili stigne oštećena, molimo vas da nam se javite na našu e-mail adresu za podršku kako bismo u suradnji s Printfulom pokrenuli istragu i osigurali vam zamjenski proizvod ili povrat novca.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Street Art Style. All of our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand) in partnership with our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means that each item is printed specifically for you only after your order is placed.

Below you will find all the essential information regarding our order processing and shipping times.

1. Order Fulfillment Time

Because our products are unique and made to order, they require production time before they can be shipped:

  • Fulfillment Time: It usually takes 2 to 5 business days to create your custom products.
  • During holidays or peak shopping seasons, fulfillment times may vary slightly.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been crafted and packaged, it will be handed over to the courier. Shipping times depend entirely on your destination:

  • Shipping within the European Union (EU): Estimated 3 to 15 business days after fulfillment.
  • International Shipping (Rest of the World): Estimated 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Please note: The total time to receive your order is Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Exact shipping rates are calculated dynamically and displayed at Checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates vary based on product type and delivery location.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Countries)

Orders shipped within the European Union are free from customs duties. For international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support email immediately. We will work directly with Printful to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund.
